Our offices based in two locations. Our headquarters are located in China, Shenzhen. and our European office is located in the United Kingdom, London.

Do you have all the listed items in stock?

Some of our products are in stock, others are not and some can be pre-ordered. In case you see the “In Stock” label on the product page and you can add it to your cart then that means that the product is in stock.

Do your products have warranty?

Each product has a different warranty period, which is displayed on the product page.

Do you work with corporate clients?

Yes, we can also provide all the necessary documents regarding the import.

Do you sell used or new hardware?

We offer both new and used hardware. It is described on each product page.

Can I pickup my order locally?

This is not our usual practice, however we can make an exception if the situation calls for it. The local pickup is possible only after 100% advanced payment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through Cryptocurrencies and Credit / Debit Cards for orders with lower value. For orders with higher value we only accept Cryptocurrencies as a payment method.

Can I pay on delivery?

No, because the nature of our business does not allow for such practices.

Can I pay with PayPal or Brank Transffer?

We ship all orders from our distribution center in Malaysia.

Do you offer issurance and tracking?

Yes, each order is shipped insured and tracked.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Yes, Free Shipping is included for orders above $750.00 USD.

What is the processing time?

Each product has a specific processing time, which is displayed on the product page. In case the product has not been Pre-Ordered our usual processing time is from 3 to 15 days.

Will I have to pay customs fees?

We will take care of and pay for all customs fees and taxes (duties), so that you don’t have to.

What to do in case of a warranty event?

In case of a warranty event you need to contact us, explain the situation and we’ll provide you with a solution. Please note that you must assist us with whatever is needed, so that we may identify the problem, including a video call if needed. In case you have to send the product to our repair facility, we’ll cover all shipping expenses.

What if I receive a fauty product?

In this case you need to contact us for further details on how to ship it back to us so that we may replace it for you. All shipping expenses are covered by us.

Do you accept returns?

All orders are final. We don’t accept any returns.

What if I didn't receive my order?

In this case you need to contact us so we may solve the issue. You will receive the product you paid for or a refund for sure.
