With 140 TH/s of computing power, Bitmain’s Antminer S19 XP is a powerful mining equipment, operating on the SHA-256 algorithm. The miner’s efficiency is 21.5 joules per terahash (J/TH) according to the new rig’s specifications, which is significantly higher than the S19 Pro’s 29.5 J/TH. The S19 XP is expected to use 27% less electricity per terahash while providing 37% more hashpower per kilowatt-hour (kWh). The modern model accomplishes this via its improved temperature control. When active, the S19 XP uses 3,010 watts of power while mining with the SHA256 algorithm. The Antminer S19 XP from Bitmain will also feature 5-nanometer (5-nm) chip technology.
