The warranty period for brand new ASIC miners is 12 months, and for used ASIC miners it is 6 months.

In case of a warranty event you need to contact us and explain the situation so that we may help you in the best way possible. Please note that you must assist us with whatever is needed, so that we may identify the problem, including a video call if needed.

In case you have to send the product to our repair facility, we’ll cover the shipping expenses in both directions.
