1. Definitions

These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) set forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the extrememiners.com website (“Website”) and any of its related products (“Products”) and services (“Services”).

This Agreement is legally binding between you (“User”, “you” or “your”) and EXTREME MINERS LTD (“EXTREME MINERS”, “Us” or “Our”). By accessing and using the Website and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

 

2. Payment

EXTREME MINERS accepts cryptocurrencies as a payment method. You can choose between Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) and Litecoin (LTC) to pay your order. The transaction fees must be covered by you. In case a lower amount is sent initially, the remaining amount must also be sent before we can process your order. We can’t refund or cancel your order if you have not paid the full amount. In case you sent an amount higher than the total of your order we’ll provide you with a coupon with a value equal to the excess amount for a future order.

 

3. Shipping and Delivery

EXTREME MINERS offers multiple shipping methods across the world. We deliver worldwide. The cost of delivery is a subject to many factors. Our system will calculate the shipping costs and the shipping options in the checkout page, after you have entered your Shipping and Billing details.

Each product has a specific processing time, which is displayed on the product page. In case the product has not been Pre-Ordered our usual processing time is from 3 to 15 days.

3.1 Customs

We will take care of and pay any customs fees and taxes (duties) beforehand so that you won’t have to.

In case your order has been held, confiscated or destroyed by your local authorities, we will not issue a refund.

3.2 Insurance

Each order is shipped with insurance and tracking number. In case you receive it damaged, you need to contact us.

 

4. Return

All orders are final. We don’t accept any returns.

 

5. Warranty

Each product has a different warranty period, which is displayed on the product page.

In case of a warranty event you need to contact us, explain the situation and we’ll provide you with a solution. Please note that you must assist us with whatever is needed, so that we may identify the problem, including a video call if needed.

In case you have to send the product to our repair facility, we’ll cover all shipping expenses.

 

6. Applicable Law

This agreement between EXTREME MINERS and you is subject to Chinese law. The Chinese courts have jurisdiction.

 

7. Changes to this Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its terms relating to the Website and Services at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement on the Website. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the Website and Services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
